Join Our WakeMed North Campus as a Nursing Unit Manager!
As a Nursing Unit Manager at WakeMed, you will oversee the Labor & Delivery, Special Care Nursery, and Newborn Nursery (North) units. This position requires a 24-hour responsibility at the unit level for planning, facilitating, coordinating, and evaluating patient care services as well as personnel and budgeting. The ideal candidate will understand the requirements and mission of WakeMed and understand how to best meet the needs of both the team and our patients.

1 year of management experience required
2 years of related nursing required
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred
Registered Nurse and National Certification in Nursing Required (within 1 year of hire date)
