Join Our Team as a Clinical Educator/Supervisor RN – Mother/Baby
As a Clinical Educator/Supervisor, RN, you will assist the unit manager in supervision, coordination, education, and management of nursing personnel to ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies in the delivery of patient care services on an assigned shift. You will be responsible for understanding the needs of the organization and will support the mission, values, and management of patient care services. This opportunity is a full-time position working nights in WakeMed’s 4C Women’s Pavilion/Birthplace department.

3 Years of Nursing Experience Required
1 Year of Teaching and Facilitation of Learning Experience Required
1 Year of Leadership Experience Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Required
National Certification in Nursing Required Within 1 Year of Hire
Hours of Work: varies – flexible, 8/10/12 hour shifts 4-5 nights a week
Weekend Requirements: as needed
