Full-time: Night shift 6:45PM-7:15AM. (3) 12-hour shifts/week, Rotating weekends and holidays. Self-scheduling.

20-bed Postpartum/Newborn, Couplet care
Level III Neonatal ICU expanded to 16-bed private rooms in February 2019
The deliveries average between 200-225 deliveries per month.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Associate's degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) is required • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred – Completion of BSN within two years of earliest start date in a Texas Health RN role is required.
One (1) year experience as a clinical nurse (RN) or completion of an RN Residency program required. (More than 2 years Labor & Delivery RN experience from an acute care facility strongly preferred)
Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire
BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support certification through the American Heart Association required upon hire
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 6 months is required
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 90 days is required
IFM – Intermediate Fetal Monitoring within 12 months is required
STABLE program upon hire preferred
