The Regional Director of Women and Children Center Service Line is responsible for working collaboratively across the Adirondack Region to plan, organize, direct, evaluate and coordinate patient-nursing services within the service line. She/he collaborates and leads organizational-wide nursing practice, quality, systems improvement through innovation, technology management, ethics, and research as well as other organizational aspects of nursing. Responsibility also to include the coordination of Women and Children services across the service line between the outpatient clinics and inpatient areas. Direct responsibility for financial outcomes and budgetary decision-making. Accountable for the quality of services and works closely with providers to collaborate on advancing clinical outcomes and efficiency. Responsible for developing relationship and processes that will achieve optimization of growth, quality and service excellence goals. Plans and promotes the strategic vision, organizational cultural beliefs for nursing care to patients, and collaborates across the University of Vermont Health Network to ensure high quality experiences for patients, people and the community.
Masters of Science in Healthcare required.
Must be licensed Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
