Reporting to and collaborating with the Manager, this position is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of clinic operations to include: non-clinical staff, insurance verification, patient registration, cashier, maintenance of medical records, charge capture, coding, billing and collection for the clinic.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Associates Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years management experience in an MD billing office/MSO/billing company/hospital admitting or business office is required.
Billing and collection certification or special training preferred.
