The Nurse Manager is responsible for the clinical leadership and coordination of all nursing personnel on their assigned unit. Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nurse Manager will assure quality nursing care utilizing the nursing process, as outlined by the Colorado Nurse Practice Act. The Nurse Manager is responsible for developing unit goals, objectives and Standards of Performance. Develops, coordinates and implements clinical and program activities.
