UC Health is hiring a Full- time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Labor & Delivery for the Flex shift at UC Medical Center.

The OBSCU is a Level IV Maternity Unit that serves a diverse patient population and wide range of diagnoses throughout patients' pregnancies, including but not limited to diabetic management, cardiac complications such as cardiomyopathy, preterm labor, preeclampsia, and more.

Unit Details:
  • Diverse patient population and wide range of diagnoses throughout patients' pregnancies
  • Supportive work environment - New grads are enrolled into a Nurse Residency program meeting once a month for a year with other new grads. Management and Educators provide check ins with all onboarding staff throughout their orientation.
  • Clinical ladder program- opportunity for advancements from a CN 1 nurse by doing unit projects that comes with monetary benefits as well as career engagement.
  • RN to BSN program- This of course is hospital wide but UC is now offering opportunity to apply for this cohort program part time or full time.
