60 births per monthMother Baby- 3:1Active labor- 1:1Delivery (circ vag/c-sec, manage labors, inductions and high risk moms), postpartum/wellbaby, and Couplet Care required BLS NRP AWHONN AdvAll RN staff, LDRP, Special Care Nursery > 32 wks GATop 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Average age of mother's 33yo, many fertility patients, AMA, GHTN, GDM, IDDM, Any special procedure done on the unit? PCeA epidurals, 2 OR suites-perform own c-sec (our staff scrub) do not expect travel RN to scrub. Titrate Pitocin, Magnesium Sulfate, Insulin, Labetolol, Age Groups of Patients: Neonate and Adult
