Assures patient care is appropriate to the age and developmental level of patients served. Assesses staff need for the unit, collaborates with the Staffing Coordinator, Nurse Director, and House Supervisor to ensure patients needs are met. Inspires enthusiasm and confidence by motivating and directing others toward a given objective. Develops a cohesive team ensuring maximum use of skills within the group. Consistently supports departmental and hospital goals as demonstrated by their actions. Defines responsibilities and authority limits based on the abilities of staff members, organizational needs and priorities. Demonstrates the ability to manage the unit in the absence of the Director/Assistant Director or designee.

Pay Range: $47.33 - $73.34
