We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Charge Nurse—NICU to join our amazing team!

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

The Charge Nurse—NICU Department has the leadership skills, authority, responsibility, and shift accountability for the delivery of nursing care through the use of the nursing process. They are an extension of the leadership team (director, manager, nursing supervisor, clinical preceptor, and/or house supervisor) and must conduct themselves as such.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:


• Graduate of a NLN/AACN accredited program in nursing
• 2 years experience required
• Experience with electronic health records a plus
• Current valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license.
• Maintains American Heart Association Basic Life Support HCP Certification.
• Advance Cardiac Life Support certification (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advance Life Support ( PALS)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
