ULTRASOUND TECHNICIAN PER DIEM POSITIONS - WOMEN'S BREAST CENTER

Description We have an immediate need for a full time and a per diem Ultrasound Technician for our Women's Breast & Health Services Center located in Rockland County's largest community hospital, Montefiore Nyack Hospital, Nyack NY. We are welcoming candidates with work experience in Breast Ultrasound. This can be a great opportunity to learn and grown in your field. Our Ultrasound Technicians work closely with patients performing ultrasound procedures requested by the Breast Surgeons and Radiologists. You will have the opportunity to use state of the art medical and radiological equipment to radiographically visualize organs not examined by conventional means. Performs diagnostic Breast Ultrasound examinations and related Seed locs and support services. Employees accrue sick time per year, and 8 paid holidays. Double time pay on major observed holidays.
Qualifications Candidates with experience in Breast Ultrasound preferred. Licensure: American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers required, (ARDMS - BR) preferred. 5. Other: Must want to be a part of a collaborative team and to provide compassionate patient care.
