As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the NICU, you are responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies. Responsible for the coordination of lactation education and support within the nursing division. This position will work 36 hours per week, and have rotating day/night shifts.
Education Qualifications:
None.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within one year
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required when moving to level 3 NICU RN. (After 2 years of employment, or longer as approved by the manager

$32.98 - $49.47 / hour
The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
