Placement within the range is based on years of RN experience.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate of nursing school
- 2 Years recent (within the last two years) Level II NICU experience
- California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing -REQUIRED
- AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association -REQUIRED
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - Various-Employee provides certificate -REQUIRED
Preferred Qualifications
- Other - Recent ALS training.
Other Qualification Requirements
- ALS training is required within 12 months of hire per department guidelines. In lieu of ALS training, 1 year of recent experience as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner is required.
