The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Responsibilities:
Position Overview:This position is accountable for providing and managing competent nursing care to the neonatal patient that requires moderate to complex assessments, interventions and level of nursing vigilance. The NICU RN is responsible for working in a team environment using a multidisciplinary approach to providing nursing care adapted to individual patient needs based on the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning implementation and evaluation. The RN is also responsible for supervising, coordinating and delegating personnel who participate in the provision of care to ensure that patient needs and expected outcomes are met.

Qualifications:
Required:Current CA RN LicenseCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) CertificationCurrent Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification within the first 6 months Preferred: Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN)
