Maintains accountability for professional decisions and actions within the parameters of their legal scope of practice and in accordance with the federal, state, and local laws; rules and regulations; and policies, procedures and guidelines of Medical City Healthcare. Education / License / Certifications:
- BSN required within 24 months of hire
- Current Texas RN License
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS and NRP issued by the American Heart Association required
- Specialty certification in High Risk Neonatal Nursing preferred.
- Professional Nursing Organization Membership strongly encouraged.Experience:
- Minimum 18 months experience within an acute care hospital with a minimum one year in a specialty area.Special Demands:Designated facilities in the EAST POD:
