The NICU IMC unit at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital is offering up to a $11,250 sign on bonus. Provides care to critically ill premature infants and neonatal patients needing close observation.Performs advanced monitoring using current technologyCardio respiratory monitoringDefibrillatorVaritrend monitoringCare for patient undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures/interventions on the unit.

Qualifications:
Required:Active MN RN LicenseBasic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare ProvidersNRP certification at or within 6 months post hire onto the unit Preferred:One year of RN experience in peds or OB care OR level II or level III nursery OR an ICU/PICU setting ORCompletion of a Capstone or similar preceptorship experience in a NICU setting.
