Certified Nurse Midwife

The Staff Pad has partnered with a growing healthcare organization in Baltimore, Maryland looking for a Certified Nurse-Midwife.

As a Certified Nurse-Midwife you will be responsible for the effective implementationof the philosophy, goals, policies and procedures of the health center andmidwifery services. The nurse-midwife is responsible for adhering toperformance goals, patient safety goals, and patient satisfaction goals set bythe organization. The ideal candidate is eager tolearn and is committed to caring for a socioeconomically, culturally and genderdiverse population. The ideal candidates recognizesthe contributions of the team, maintains good rapport and workingrelationships, and strives to improve system processes through problem solvingand involvement of other disciplines and services.
Requirements:

• Masters Degree/ American Midwifery Certification and/orWomen's Health Nurse Practitioner with certification
• Must have 5 years experience in midwifery
