Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the RN, the LPN applies the nursing process to the pre-and post-operative care to the childbearing woman undergoing scheduled cesarean.Under the guidance of the RN, the LPN applies the nursing process to the care of women and neonates in the post-partum period.Maintains NNR certification.Starts intra-venous infusions following certification.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Georgia.
