The NICU Level IV unit at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital is offering up to a $13,500 sign on bonus. Responsibilities/Job Description:
Provides care to patients with complex NICU needs.Performs advanced monitoring using current technologyHigh Frequency ventilationCares for surgical patients with congenital anomalies, intubated patients and patients with tracheostomiesTotal Body Cooling (TBC), Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO), Peritoneal Dialysis (PD)Central arterial lines/monitoring and other venous lines

Qualifications:
Required:1 year of RN experience OR at least 6 months of current employment at UMMCH as a NICU RNMN RN LicenseBLS PreferredBSN or BANCertification in related specialty. Additional Requirements:Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire
