Nurse Practitioner - Gynecology

BronxCare Health System, an 859 bed not-for-profit teaching hospital and integrated healthcare system, has an opening for a full-time Nurse Practitioner - Gynecology to join a team of dedicated professionals who participate in its comprehensive Women's Health Program.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner with a strong commitment to providing compassionate treatment to work in in the hospital's busy Outpatient Women's Health Center. There are no OB responsibilities. Attendings are available for consultations. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. No weekend or night coverage is required.

Responsibilities:

Conducting physical examinations
Providing gynecological care for a panel of patients
Wellness Women exams
Interpreting lab tests and overseeing patients' health
Breast Cancer screening
Pap smears

Compensation offered includes a base salary ranging from $125,000-135,000 depending on education and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. In addition, the hospital participates in a Federal Loan Forgiveness Program for Nurse Practitioners.

Qualifications:

Licensed to practice as a NYS Nurse Practitioner
Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner Certification
Women's Health Nurse Practitioner Certification, preferred
New graduates are encouraged to apply
GYN experience preferred
