Overview:

The Registered Nurse, utilizing theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice for adult/geriatric patients.

The Regional Resource RN will float between the designated East Community Mercy Hospital facilities.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Current Missouri License.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years Labor & Birth RN experience. Six months of this experience should be within the last year.
• Certifications: BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently. NRP, STABLE, EFM within first 6 months.
• Preferred Education: BSN
