Reporting to the Nursing Director, this position is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and providing high quality, individualized patient care using the components of the nursing process. On-call required; when on-call must arrive to the Hospital within 30 minutes.
Minimum Education:
BSN preferred
Minimum Experience/Skills:
Minimum of two (2) years recent Level II NICU experience and attendance at high risk births, stabilization of critical neonate, or equivalent. For nurses without postpartum experience we will provide training.
Licenses/Certificates/Credentials:
Must possess and maintain throughout the duration of employment:
Current California RN license;
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Provider issued by the American Heart Association;
Current NRP certification
