Job Summary:
The LPN II implements nursing care for assigned patients. The LPN II assists the RN in the assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of nursing care. The LPN II utilizes advance skills in patient care after education and training.
Required Qualifications:
- Require graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing.- Require thirty (30) hour IV certification.- Require basic working knowledge of commonly used computer applications.- Require Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 90 days of hire.- Require any OB/Neonatal Certifications obtained during employment will be maintained during the remainder of employment. These include but are not limited to: Electronic Fetal Monitoring Certification, Maternal-Newborn Nursing Certification, Low Risk Neonatal Certification, any Lactation Certification.

1800-0630 and 1200-0000 shifts. Weekend, holiday, and on call requirement.
