Overview:
Woman and Children Admin RN Maternal LeadFull Time - 0.9 FTE Day and Night Shift Available!Days - 6:45 AM - 7:15 PMNights - 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM (The RN Maternal Lead will rotate between campuses in order to Foster Unity and help to decrease silos and will manage up each campus to ensure that teamwork is supported. The RN Maternal Lead will respond to the unit of greatest need and, if need be, they will switch between campuses during their scheduled shift.) Responsibilities:
Ensures the daily organization of the department by helping to manage, coordinate, plan, and evaluate nursing procedures and personnel in the delivery of patient care, in coordination with the Nurse Manager. Assists with staffing of the units and acts as a division resource to the staff.Assists with scheduling, Kronos time keeping, staff development, and education as well as direct patient care.Physcially round on each unit throughout their shift.

Qualifications:
Education:Diploma from an RN programExperience:Minimum of 2 years of Obstetrical/Pediatric nursing experience.License(s)/Certification(s):Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state.Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state.Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Must obtain and maintain Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)Must obtain and maintain ACLS or PALS
