***$5,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus for Qualified Candidates*** AS AN OPIOID AND SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER PREGNANCY POSTPARTUM CARE COORDINATOR (RN), you will help mothers access evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders. The Care Coordinator conducts outreach, and briefinitial assessments, introduces mothers to MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) programs and services, Drug and Alcohol services, serves as a resouce and coach for their clients and advocates for recovery.
