Job Description Title: Registered Nurse Labor & Delivery Location: Anacortes, WA 98221 Duration: 13 Weeks (3 Months) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Shift Timing: Nights, 12 Hours Shift EMR Used: Meditech Pay Rate: $85-$90/hour on 1099 Traveler must be fully vaccinated for COVID 19 or must have proven exemption proof Job Details: COVID PROTOCOL: MUST HAVE COVID-19 VACCINE SERIES COMPLETED BY 10/18. We are willing to receive traveler submissions for those who in good faith are planning or in the process of receiving the vaccine by 10/18 timeframe and provide the proof asap. If there is any kind of religious or medical declinations they will need to go through our internal exemption review process per the Governors mandate. Full vaccination is achieved two weeks following the second dose of Pfizer BioNTech or Moderna vaccine or two weeks following the single dose of the Johnson&Johnson/Janssen vaccine. The following may be used as proof of immunization: CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or photo of the card; Documentation of vaccination from a health care provider or electronic health record; or State immunization information system record.
