UPMC is seeking a Vice President, Women and Newborn Medicine for the UPMC Central PA Region located in Harrisburg, PA. The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) is a progressive and highly regarded $24 billion health care provider and insurer, recognized for inventing new models of patient-centered and cost-effective accountable care.
The Central PA Region includes seven acute care hospitals with 1,160 licensed beds, over 160 outpatient clinics and ancillary facilities, more than 2,900 physicians and allied health professionals on its medical staff, 1,100+ employed providers, and approximately 11,000 employees.
The Vice President, Women and Newborn Medicine with the Medical Director, provides overall administrative oversight, program, and strategy development to Pinnacle Health Women and Children's service line. Operational responsibilities for Women's Outpatient Clinic, Maternal Fetal Medicine Program, OB/Gyn specialist offices, nurse/family partnership grant program, Children's Resource Center, Children and Teen's Center and Infant Development Program.
