Job Description
Sign On Bonus Eligible - $15,000
The Labor and Delivery Unit (L&D) is a 10 bed, 2 operating room floor that has approximately 60 employees. There are anywhere from 150-180 deliveries per month and the average census varies from day to day. They typical patient population includes laboring patients, preterm labor, ante partum monitoring, and high-risk pregnancies. The unit runs on 12-hour shifts.
**L&D Experience strongly preferred**
SUMMARY
Demonstrates 24-hour accountability for clinical, operational, human resources and financial management of the department. Is accountable for the delivery of high-quality patient care in a work environment conducive to learning, professional growth, accountability and autonomy.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN required.
- Experience: Three (3) years of recent clinical experience required. Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
- Certification/Licensure:Current New Hampshire or multi state licensure as Registered Nurse. Life support authorization (BLS) required within six months of hire. Professional specialty certification is preferred.
- Software/Hardware: Ability to advance basic computer skills as the health system adds new systems or performs upgrades to existing systems.
