This is a Nursing management position over a level 3 Labor and Delivery Unit and a level 3 NICU. This position offers the bonus of knowing your work is ultimately improving people’s lives. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Prepare, manage and control budget, monitor and analyze variances.

• Direct employees to meet all mandatory Human Resource requirements.

• Complete performance appraisal of staff members.

• Quality compliance.

• Strong leadership skills.

• Oversee the process of assuring the clinical competence of personnel. 

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

• IN RN License with Labor and Delivery experience

• Masters prepared or Bachelors prepared and willing to enroll and actively pursue a Masters degree
