Travel Nurse (RN) NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit)

Emerald Health Services is hiring a Travel RN - NICU

Shift: Variable D/N, 7a-7p/7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs per week

Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

OH License
2 years experience
Previous travel experience
1st time Travelers will be considered only if they have Level 4 experience
NRP

BLS
CCHMC will now be allowing use of the Emergency Order for nursing licenses. Candidates with any valid state nursing license will be permitted to be submitted, with the understanding that they must apply for an OH license (temp or perm) immediately upon accepting an offer. The application on file will be used as the OH license requirement. Any candidate working under the EO must SIGN BY 8/1/22 to ensure enough time for the OH BON to process the application.
Unit Details:
Level IV NICU with high acuity surgical, gastrointestinal, respiratory, and neurological conditions of the neonate. CCHMC also has a regional high acuity Fetal Care Center. There is a high volume of intubated and acute infants on the unit.
Patient Details:
Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Intraventricular Hemorrhage, Prematurity of the Neonate, Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia, Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia, Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome, Failure to Thrive, Necrotizing Enterocolitis, Tracheal Esophageal Fistula, Myelomeningocele, Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy, Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome, Gastroschisis, Omphalocele, Genetic Defects, Hypoglycemia, Hyperbilirubinemia, Hydrocephalus, Renal Failure, Seizure Disorders, Pulmonary Hypertension
Additional requirements:
Must have 2 yrs experience & previous travel experience
First time Travelers will be considered ONLY if they have Level IV experience
Must have NRP and BLS certs

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).

Estimated Weekly Rate: $3352.00 per week
