Job Description
NURSE PRACTITIONER
Gynecology Practice in North Scottsdale looking for a part-time Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. Practice setting is equipped with EMR, computer aided colposcopy, blood draw, ultrasound, and an in-office procedure room. The practice is committed to excellent patient care in a positive working environment.
Position Description:
The job includes the full scope of office Gynecology including WWE, paps, contraceptive counseling, hormone replacement therapy, consults, evaluation of irregular uterine bleeding and/or pelvic pain. EMBs, IUDs, Nexplanon, Pessaries, Urinary Incontinence. The practitioner is expected to provide excellent clinical evaluation, interpretation of labs and provide appropriate follow-up plans.
Desired Skills/Experience:
-Experience with Electronic Medical Records desired
-Ability to perform endometrial biopsy, vulvar biopsy, IUD placement, pessary fitting, Annual Exams, Evaluate abnormal bleeding, pelvic pain, and infections. Treat and evaluate hormonal issues.
-Ability to write prescriptions
-Excellent interpersonal skills with patients and staff
-Preferred 3 years or more of clinical experience in Women's Health
-Ability to build rapport with patients
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong leadership qualities
