SCHEDULE: Full-time
Good Samaritan Hospital�is a 474 bed acute care hospital in the heart of Silicon Valley, with two locations, the main campus in San Jose, California and the Mission Oaks campus in Los Gatos, California. POSITION SUMMARY:�
Provides quality care to patients and their families by assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, evaluating and revising direct patient care and education under the supervision of an experienced Registered Nurse.� Manages individualized, goal-directed nursing care through the use of the nursing process and in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures.� Practices and models nursing professionalism through leadership, communication, education and participation.���

Departmental Specific
The goal of a Registered Nurse is to assess, screen, reassess, and monitor all patients assigned and provide ordered treatment. The Registered Nurse provides patient care related to the treatment for Labor & Delivery, Antepartum and Mother Baby Unit.
*Qualifications*
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum:� 4 - 5 Years Labor and Delivery experience.
