Emerald Health Services is hiring a Travel RN - NICU

Shift: Nights/ 6:45p-7:15a, 12x3, 36hrs/week
Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:
2 years' experience
NC License
Vents experience
MUST have 3 years in a level 3 or 4 ICN
BLS, NRP
FLOAT required: peds/picu/nursery caring for infants up to and including 12 months. Weekends: 2 Fridays; 2 Saturdays; and 2 Sundays 6 week period.
NICU/ ICN (Hemby Intensive Care Nursery).
Note: This is a very busy unit. Ratios: 1:2-4.
REQUIRED: BLS, NRP, vents experience. Minimum experience required is MUST have 3 years in a level 3 or 4 ICN.
Patient Diagnoses: Premature (as low as 22 weeks), All types of Surgical Infants, Hypoxic Injury.
Special Procedures: Therapeutic Hypothermia, Nitric Oxide, UAC/UVC, PCL's, Broviac, Trachs, GTT, Ostomys.
Special Equipment: Tecotherm, BCPAP, Ram NC, Alaris IV pumps, Med Fusion for feedings, Servo Vents, HFOV, Baby Leo, Giraffe.
Unit uses: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR.
Scheduling: self. Scrubs: Navy blue or white. Unit WILL accept 1st time travelers. There are 24 hours of unit orientation.
