Overview:
Performs ultrasonography procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. Uses independent judgment ingenuity and initiative to perform state-of-the art diagnostic ultrasound procedures.
Qualifications:
License, Certification and/or Registration: ARDMS Registration required within 1 year of hire or 2 years from graduation date, whichever is later. ARDMS Fetal Echocardiogram Registration required within 6 months of hire. Must have CPR certification within 6 months of hireExperience: Six months to one year of OB/Gyn clinical experience preferred.Additional Skills/Abilities: Must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing task frequently and quickly. Must be willing to learn fetal echocardiogram and fetal Doppler ultrasound.
