RN Fetal Nurse Coord

Title: Fetal Nurse Coordinator

Location: Northern market with homebased in West Palm and tele-outreach.

Goal: To provide concierge style communication and coordination of care for fetal patients and assist in strategies to grow fetal market.

Responsibilities

• 5 day/week office hours fetal phone (via Ring Central) for established fetal patients
• In person and teleconference support for patients with complex fetal disease
• Chief coordinator of care for fetal patient
• Coordination with local delivery facilities
• Documented communication with OB/Neo/Charge Nurse expected fetal anatomic cardiac diagnoses along with cardiac action plan
• Coordination with MHS/JoeD/Other for destination deliveries
• Integrate with Julissa (Broward)Teams
• Outreach and relationship building
• Gain first-hand knowledge and relationship building for key nurses and referral coordinators for community perinatology practices
• Monitor frequency and location of new patient referrals.
• Data management
• Collect patient satisfaction data
• Monitor frequency for fetal follow ups
• Patient scheduling
• Work with schedulers to optimize patient scheduling

Qualifications

Education Level: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

Experience Years: A minimum of five years experience in pediatric cardiology nursing.

Experience Industry: Healthcare.

Possess and maintain a state RN license.

Must maintain CPR Certification.

Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
