Manager of Nursing Services, Maternity

Munson Medical Center, a 442-bed regional Level II Trauma and Level III NICU center of excellence serving a growing northern lower MI patient population, is seeking a collaborative, nurturing leader passionate about maternity care. As part of a $70 million planned expansion to include a new Birthing Tower over the next several years, this role reports to the Director and will lead our 19-bed LDRP unit in providing family-centered care to patients with all acuity levels in delivering 160 births/month.

Our RN, APRN, CNS, physician and patient care coordinator team-members observe AWHONN, IBCLC, ACOG, and AAP standards of care. In additional to your MI RN licensure plus clinical and leadership expertise, you'll possess a BSN with MSN preferred, and progressively more responsible experience in an acute care setting to include supervisory and administrative abilities.
