SCHEDULE: PRN/Per Diem
Registered Nurse NICU Schedule: PRN Nights 1 shift weekly minimum Do you have a passion for healthcare and helping others? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment? Join our multi-disciplinary Women's Services team in our NEW luxurious, 13 LDRP rooms with three operating rooms and 3 OB ED rooms! Our service line also features a six-bed, Level II NICU, and a 10-bed nursery. We are looking for team members who are service oriented and represent our Excellence Always philosophy. Applying the standards set forth for nursing practice by the American Nurses Association (ANA), the Neonatal ICU RN will organize, modify, evaluate, document and maintain the plan of care for premature and high-risk babies.

Qualifications
Applying the standards set forth for nursing practice by the American Nurses Association (ANA), the Neonatal ICU RN will organize, modify, evaluate, document and maintain the plan of care for premature and high-risk babies.
- Plan, implement, revise and delegate nursing care
- Perform necessary technical skills as delineated through education, expertise, and unit requirements
- Incorporate teaching into all aspects of nursing practice
- Graduated from an accredited school with Bachelors of Science in Nursing
- TX RN or compact license with the ability to obtain permanent license in TX
- BLS required upon hire, issued by American Heart Association
- NRP required within 3 months of hire
- S.T.A.B.L.E. required within 6 months of hire
- National Specialty Certification highly preferred
- 2-3 years of Level III NICU experience required
