- BSN required; Masters preferred
- Experience providing direction and support to multiple managers
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years of supervisory or charge nurse experience
- BLS, ACLS
- Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certificate required within 6 months of hire
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required within 3 months of hire
