Accelerated pay rate of $68 per hour | $3,500 sign-on bonus | $5,000 relocation bonus

Our RNs can choose to work within an OB Specialty they are passionate about - whether that's low/high risk OB, postpartum including lactation support, and/or specialty newborn care. We also have 24-hour OB and anesthesia presence.

Current Openings (subject to change)

• Full-time, 60-72 hours every two weeks, 12 hour day & night rotation, 7am-7:30pm & 7pm-7:30am, every other weekend or every 3rd weekend (Friday-Sunday), rotating holidays (this position will work with both our Labor & Delivery team and our Post-Partum Team)

The Birth Center at the St. Cloud Hospital is the largest birthing center in Central Minnesota! We perform approximately 2,900 deliveries a year. We are equipped to deliver outstanding care at every stage of pregnancy, and it is our mission to make labor and delivery as safe as possible, preserving the health of mother and infant throughout the process. Patients cared for include infants from early to post term gestation and childbearing women and their families.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program and current MN RN license required
• BSN required within three years
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required

$3,500 Sign-on Bonus Eligibility: To be eligible for the sign-on bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

$5,000 Relocation Assistance Eligibility: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it.

Accelerated Rate Eligibility: To be eligible for the accelerated rate you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible position. By accepting the accelerated rate, you will forego benefits, including paid time off, medical, and dental insurance, retirement and more. This is a temporary rate and position that will last for 12 months or less. Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. The accelerated rate cannot be combined with other pay programs to include sign-on bonuses, relocation assistance.
