Work Schedule:
95% FTE, Day. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a RN Navigator for the Gynecology Oncology Clinic to:
* Establish and coordinate a plan of care across the system for UW Health patients.
* Work in collaboration with the care teams and other multidisciplinary teams.
* Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Education:
Minimum - Bachelors of Nursing.
Preferred - Masters in Nursing, Social Work, Public Health, Hospital Administration or related field.
Work Experience:
Minimum - Three (3) years of relevant clinical nursing experience.
Preferred - One (1) year relevant experience in the specific patient population they are supporting.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum - Registered Nurse license in the State of Wisconsin. CPR/BLS.
Preferred - Applicable Oncology Certification preferred based on patient population.
