JOB SUMMARY
Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives for our labor and delivery unit.
This management role has around 10 direct reports. Responsible for daily management tasks of entire department.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess current and active RN license
Bachelor's degree required
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, CNOR
Experience in labor and delivery required
Experience in a leadership role preferred

Position Reports to the CNO.
Facility is 99 bed acute care facility.
The range is between 75K-90k depending on experience. The hospital will provide a sign-on bonus to help with relocation and offers a great benefit package.
