The RN Maternal Child Clinical Support Nurse is responsible for ensuring day to day excellence in delivery of care in each of the Maternal Child departments, that is based on current evidence and is focused on quality and safety by providing advanced support to the clinical caregivers. NIGHT SHIFT. Responsibilities

Supports shift staff to ensure care delivery meets patient acuity needs.Assists staff to meet increasing volume or acuity situations by taking on patient care when necessaryRounds on patients to identify service recovery opportunities and initiate activity. Also identify positive feedback and share with specific staff, communicate both positive and negative comments to unit management
