Providence Mother and Baby Clinics is seeking an On-Call Family Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife to join their skilled and compassionate team of Lactation Consultants. In this role you will serve recently delivered mother/baby couplets during the postpartum period in a lactation focused outpatient practice. This on-call position requires a minimum commitment of 4 days per month including 1 full weekend (Saturday and Sunday) monthly. Coverage of one summer and one winter holiday required. There is no after-hours call. The Lactation Consultants provide coverage at Providence Portland Medical Center, Providence St. Vincent Medical Center, Providence Milwaukie Hospital, and Providence Willamette Falls.

- Open to new graduate Family Nurse Practitioners or Certified Nurse Midwifes with previous postpartum RN experience
- FNP or CNM licensure, DEA licensure, PEARS certification
- IBCLC certification to be obtained within 12-months of hire with financial assistance from Providence
- Providence provides malpractice liability insurance
