To show our commitment and appreciation for joining our team, we are currently offering up to $31,000 hiring incentives to include sign-on, student loan forgiveness and relocation. Unable to consider new graduates for this opportunity.

You.

You bring your body, mind, heart and spirit to your work as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse.

You're generous with your compassion, your empathy and especially your voice, because your opinion matters.

You're great at what you do, but you want to be part of something even greater.

Us.

Our NICU team provides exceptional patient care for babies who are premature or have health issues and need specialized care. Our team has the training, technology, TLC and transport options to provide comprehensive care for the tiniest of patients in our 20 bed Level IIIb NICU.

St. Vincent Healthcare is part of SCL Health, a faith-based, nonprofit healthcare organization that focuses on person-centered care. Our 286-bed level II trauma center has provided care in Montana and the surrounding area since 1898, and our 30-clinic network ensures community needs are met. We offer comprehensive, specialty care, including a hospital within a hospital specifically for children, and are proud to extend SCL Health's missions by treating the poor, the vulnerable, our community and each other.

Benefits are one of the ways we encourage health for you and your family. Our generous package includes medical, dental and vision coverage. But health is more than a well-working body: it encompasses body, mind and social well-being. To that end, we've launched a Healthy Living program to address your holistic health. Healthy Living includes financial incentives, digital tools, tobacco cessation, classes, counseling and paid time off. We also offer financial wellness tools and retirement planning.

We.

Together we'll align mission and careers, values and workplace.

We have opportunities to grow within the department, whether it is on the NICU flight team, by advancing clinical practice or taking on leadership roles.

We are passionate about what we do and care about one another as a family, both inside and outside of work.

Your day.

As an experienced NICU RN, you know that every day is different, which is why you need to know how to:

Adapt to quickly changing dynamic situations calmly and effectively

Engage with families and focus on family centered care

Use our "self scheduling" module for shift sign ups including 2 call shifts per month in six hour increments

Collaborate and communicate professionally with peers and providers as you perform your work

Function effectively as a member of the interdisciplinary care team

    Your experience.

We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

ASN/ADN or BSN from an accredited program

Ability to obtain BSN within four years of hire, unless you have a minimum of 15 years of proven, continuous, acute care RN experience, required

Current RN license to practice nursing in the state of Montana

Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association

At least one (1) year of NICU RN experience

      Your next move.

Now that you know more about being a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse on our team we hope you'll join us. At SCL Health you'll reaffirm every day how much you love this work, and why you were called to it in the first place.
