The Labor & Delivery department at Christiana Hospital is currently seeking an experienced "Baby Nurse" to join our team. In this role, the selected candidate will attend deliveries and assist newborn transition to extrauterine life. You will also assist in onboarding new team members and ensure competencies and standards of newborn care are met.

This is a 72 hr bi-weekly position, Midnight shift 7pm - 7am. Every 3rd weekend requirement.

Requirements: BSN required; or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire. At least two years working in a NICU as a Registered Nurse required. BLS and NRP required.

The successful candidate may be eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus to be paid over a period of 12 months.
