Kendall Regional Medical Center is a 417-bed, full-service, acute hospital providing 24-hour comprehensive care in the community including trauma, burn, surgical, women�s and children�s services, behavioral health and diagnostic services, along with two full service free-standing ER facilities, one in Doral and the other at The Palms Town & Country.

*Job Summary*

The Clinical Nurse III is a professional member of the health care team who assumes advocacy and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and provides care to the patients via the therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment, instrumentation and other health care team members. The Clinical Nurse III performs independently and seeks/support/direction as needed. The Clinical Nurse III performs specific job criteria/performance standards according to the applicable nursing unit, division, hospital and professional standards.

*Qualifications*

* Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Florida or�Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions).

* American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Life Support Course (ALS or ACLS) and certification.
