Has knowledge of community health concepts, principles of ambulatory clinical nursing care, case management and care coordination. Assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating and collaborating with the healthcare team and the patient/ family, utilizes best practice to maximize patient engagement and patient selfmanagement efforts. Promotes the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act. What You Bring/Job Requirements:
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: One year experience preferredNursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialtyGraduate of an accredited School of NursingBSN Preferred, encouraged to obtain within 3-years of assuming roleCurrent state RN license/ Current RN license from a participating state in National Licensure CompactCurrent BLS, ACLS required for Cardiac Clinic settingsRNs Certification in Ambulatory Nursing through the AAACN, preferredL experience preferredSchedule: PRN to cover PTO/sick timePhysical Requirements-Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
