Job Description Title: RN Neonatal Intensive Care Unit - NICU
Location: Turlock, CA
Duration :- 3 Months
Pay Rate: - Best in the Market..!
Department: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Neonatal ICU, NICU
Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse performs the active nursing process consisting of the functions of assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for patients. May assume the role as Team Leader for part or duration of shift.
Supervisor: Charge Nurse
Responsible To: Nurse Manager
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing
BSN preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Basic computer and hospital informatics skills required
Specialty Certification is required
Complies with hospital employee health, infection control and safety management programs.
Licensure:
Current license to practice Nursing
Independently maintains license
Acquires required contact hours to maintain practice
Current BLS and NRP. Able to pass NICU pharmacology test within 2 attempts.
Maintains current knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and demonstrates the ability to incorporate knowledge into nursing process
