Summary:
Sign on bonus eligible - up to $20,000 for full time night shift

24/7 unit-dedicated CRNA for epidural placement and emergency assistance.

24/7 in-house pediatricians through collaboration with SSM Cardinal Glennon Children's Medical Center.

Collaboration with Heartland Women's Healthcare to have a certified nurse midwife in-house 6/7 days of the week.

Pain management options for patients to include: birthing balls, hydrotherapy tubs, and showers in every labor room, patient-controlled nitrous oxide, IV analgesia, epidural anesthesia, and collaboration with local doulas.

Monthly emergency drills to improve team performance We have been recognized by LeapFrog for safe patient care, designated as a Safe Sleep Unit, provide opportunities for shared governance through unit and house-wide committee participation, and tuition reimbursement.

Registered Nurses (RNs) are incredibly important members of the medical team who have the humbling task of caring for our patients. Qualifications:
Education

Bachelors-Nursing-Preferred

Experience

Experience preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Certification in area of specialty preferred.

Licensed in the state of practice-Required

Basic Life Support (BLS)-Required
