POSITION SUMMARY The WhidbeyHealth Family Birthplace (WHFBP) Perinatal RN at WhidbeyHealth is scheduled in WHFBP to provide core staffing in the department. The successful candidate recognizes that the patient is at the center of the healthcare team. The Perinatal RN may float to other areas of need in the hospital as determined by the Manager or House Supervisor as patient acuity and census merit.#Weekend Duty/Holiday Rotation EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Two years Labor and Delivery, Post-partum and Newborn care experience in the past three years or successful completion of a Perinatal Trainee program or equivalent approved by Manager. Current CPR and NRP required. BSN, ACLS and certification in perinatal specialty preferred.
